I gave this company three years, climbed from the bottom to a manager's position with steady increases.I learned a lot during these three years and was able to nurture many of my skills. At the end I had to leave because my harassment complaint was not be handled in a manner that had my best interest at heart. I was sad to go and sea sawed with the idea for several months with the hopes that my company would do right by me, but I never saw the day, so I resigned. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

Management definitely favors certain people. I would double check any requests you submit. They often over look emails, or forget that you asked them to do something. Even if you are a hard worker, if you are a millennial get ready to hear the older workers dis on millennials repeatedly. Also gossip passes between the buildings quickly, so don't say anything you aren't ok with everyone knowing.
