Pros
They had good steady work most of the time. The owners right hand man was the best part about the company. Vary good machinist good to work with just short tempered some times. They bought lunch every day. The owners wife ran the office vary nice lady
Cons
No lunch breaks at all. No cell phones at all. Work safety is smoke in mirrors. The owner has some serious control problems. His way or no way. Supper short temperd has baby fits. He is an ok machining but not running a business. His pay scale is way to low for what he expects you to do. No work life balance.
