      Pros

      Amazing people, working too hard for many months. You will meet new people every week. They are replacements. It's in the domain! wow!

      Cons

      Management picks random deadlines for projects that they don't fully understand... Guess what happens next? Use of sales driven development methodology. Noisy open office.

      Inconsistent Communication

      Pros

      Some nice people, competitive salaries, most employees have standup desks, ability to occasionally work from home, office is located in low-traffic area.

      Cons

      This place is more focused on flashy new products and working on the latest technologies rather than on making sure the business is running smoothly and that the customers are happy. While you might initially be lured into this company because of it's impressive technology stack, just know that - for any company to be successful and to be able to keep talented employees - communication needs to consistently occur within and between departments. Otherwise, it becomes an issue of the blind leading the blind with the customers dealing with the consequences.

      Pros

      Free drinks. A few good coworkers. Sometimes they buy us lunch. That's about it.

      Cons

      Most of the critical reviews here sum up the issues well. Favoritism is rampant. Promotions are hard to come by, unless you are a favorite. Teams are lacking resources and management does nothing for some of these teams. Pay is low. Employees are motivated to refer outsiders because you get more money for one referral than your entire annual raise, not because the company is awesome.

      Sorry you feel this way. As the organization continues to grow more and more opportunities will come up. About a dozen employees in past 3 months have moved into new roles and enhanced their career paths.
