Coworkers were great and boards were wonderful to work with. Remote deposit system was efficient and nice to have available. Location was also convenient.
Cons
Too many hours for little pay. No reimbursement for time spent at board meetings, no travel reimbursement, senior management had zero accountability and often used scape goats to keep their shirts clean. Moral was low and turnover very high.
