      Helping people solve problems is a great way to make a living. The organization has a long history in Arizona and enjoys the respect of the legal community, local government and the courts.

      Cons

      The organization's data has a long-tail (decades of client and management info), so the transition to remote work and cloud-computing is more challenging than if you were starting from scratch. Thankfully, they have a solid IT team and a plan to implement the latest innovations in document management, communication and data management tools.
