Regarding the pay level noted, if you can provide a little more input on this to either me directly or our Culture + People team, it would be very much appreciated. In each region where we have team members we do an extensive amount of analysis including purchasing a variety of salary survey products each year, to do our best to ensure our compensation levels are market based and putting each team member in a place that is appropriate. While I recognize that there will always be companies that can pay a team member more in any market, our goal is to ensure our team members are compensated fairly and competitively.
