You could be next one eyed Queen/King among the blinds.
Cons
Company needs to figure out how to manage the properties. Either corporate or individual hotel. The leadership trying to run as individual hotel but has not figure out how to. Higher management are from corporate hotel and middle management are from restaurants who could not grass how the departments interlinks. It's like blind leading the blind. Lots of potentials if upper management leave their ego aside and communicate better rather than hiding their mistakes.
