I would've said the family atmosphere but they lay off 10% of that family every 5 or so years. They used to have great benefits, or so we were told.

Cons

"tech company" that is behind in technology. More managers than actual workers. Low pay, subpar benefits and customers that are constantly upset at the shoddy products put out.

Get ready to learn all about the exciting and endless concepts of concrete producing software programs. You will be learning this for years to come and still not understand it. If you enjoy not having a clue every time you pickup the phone to speak with a customer, then this place is a great fit or you. Must say, most customers are great people to deal with, very understanding and patient considering software is breaking half the time.

Cons

There is always a lack of staff and the few employees they do have on board, get worked to death. No direction, no engagement. If you have the ability to read minds then you'll be just fine in this place.
