Their benefits could be better.

I had to have a second job when I worked there to provide for myself because the pay isn’t much different than you’d get working fast food. When you get a lead position it doesn’t come with a raise even though you have more responsibilities. They feel the lead title is good enough and more pay isn’t needed. High stress atmosphere and they expect more than you could ever give. No one is happy there. All the employees ever talk about is how they were promised a raise and it was never followed through or how they want a better job.
