Bad management
As you can see from the previous review from 2-3 years ago, it has not changed at all. Everyone has to follow the decision of the big boss, even though it doesn't make sense. Inconsistent decision-making, since there are "other" bosses too, makes unnecessary stress & workload for the people under them. Making money is the bosses priority. Hence, they don't think of the people who will manage their expectations. Hence, a high turnover rate.
For an International school, I expected all of us to be encouraged to develop our minds by learning from someone who is qualified. But the management go to person is ChatGPT. I was really disappointed with this. There's a limit in using ChatGPT, but they rely on it 100%.
In certain branches, they expect everyone to speak English, so no other languages are allowed. But the management can freely speak their native language, even in meetings where people from other backgrounds were present. To me, that is very disrespectful.
