Fast paced, learned quickly, but burnt out

Pros

Lot of opportunities to learn if you're a new clinical research coordinator. Received good support from fellow study coordinators and sr. study coordinator (supervisor), but the harder you work and the more competent you are, the more work they'll give you.

Cons

Very minimal bonuses, raises and promotions are hard to come by. Disconnect between upper management and amount of work that's being off loaded on the coordinators. The better you are at your job, the more work you'll get with no pay increases. I was burnt out after 2 years. Very low morale at this company.

Pros

I had a good experience at this company learning more about clinical trials. The role was interesting and rewarding in knowing that one day this medicine can help those suffering from a various health conditions.

Cons

Overall, everything was good. Just pay more and bring the lunches back.
