Young and driven, forward thinking culture, with great benefits, flexible schedule. Great CEO with strong values and vision.
Cons
Focus and opportunities mainly oriented towards engineers. Management run by UK office, very uptight and self centered towards their ways and regulations.
(Before the pandemic) nice office in the heart of old Montreal
(After the pandemic) Fully remote and flexible work culture = good life and work balance
Great benefits which supplement decent pay = The pay meets the average for my role in the city, but combined with pension plan, bonus, and insurance coverage and services (especially virtual health and wellness platforms) is pretty good, especially compared to other similar size companies in Montreal.
Good resources and support from your manager (weekly one on one calls + reviews) to grow in your career
Leadership team that cares about the people and does everything they can to support their team (especially during the pandemic)
Opportunity to connect and work with other talented people around the globe!
Cons
The company is growing, so some processes are continuing to evolve, and they can impact the pace of your work. One thing to note is though, it is a very open culture, and you can turn these areas of improvement into opportunities and be recognized for your work in improving them.
