Pros
Possibly the best health insurance that I've ever heard of in the U.S. Super friendly crew that enjoys each other in and out of work.
Cons
The founder puts distress on workers and the company's future through poor decision-making. He is also more of an "ask for forgiveness rather than permission" kind of person. He does not plan far ahead well, which leads to unnecessary workloads and frustrated vendors. He ignores the counsel of the leaders that have more experience in a particular field because he wants what he wants, whether it makes sense or not and will do what he can to get it.
