Pros
You'll get plenty of work experience if you need to build your portfolio. Used to have some high end clients maybe they will again.
Cons
One of those companies that likes to use all the buzzwords about creating a "culture" but ultimately doesn't care about anyone who works there. If they are hiring it is because they just laid a bunch of people the year before (and no the layoffs are not Covid related). Mismanaged Out of touch owner No opportunity for advancement especially if you are are a minority or female.

Great team that really cares. Management are nice people that want the best for everyone working there.
Cons
Just don’t expect flowers for doing something well, or winning an award for the company.
