Pros
Everyone there was very passionate about their work. It was a wonderful experience working with so many creatives. The clients were varied, and the work was never boring.
Cons
There was a communication disconnect between the departments in the company. We managed to get things done, thankfully. The only one who didn't seem to know what was going on was the owner of the company. There are a lot of smart people there, but the buck didn't stop anywhere. Stop passing blame and get better.

Pros
Cohn may have some of the best individually skilled marketers in Denver, so it's great to work for a strong team.
Cons
However, poor leadership (particularly in the PR and Creative departments) causes work to fall short pretty regularly.
