They dont provide salary for last 11 months, Management did not know how to arrange any employee benefit. They are also very bad in their service. They dont manage proper time to start a batch. Equipment are not updated need to repair mot of them. Chairman always give you false hope. He get a lot of funding from foreign investor and dont invest it in a proper way. Though chairman lives in USA but he dont have minimum brain to run a business. Very bad environment for job and also to get services.

Salary payments become inconsistent. You’ll be asked to take classes, and the number of sessions will increase, but payments will be delayed or withheld. Eventually, you’ll feel stuck—unable to leave, yet uncomfortable staying. The internal environment is far from healthy. The management lacks technical skills and proper leadership, which creates a highly unprofessional atmosphere. If you care about your career growth, this may not be the right place.
