I've had so much fun working as a TA at Code Fellows. The opportunities to grow and continue to learn in the educational environment are numerous, and I wouldn't be able to thank everyone for the support the instructors, staff, and students provide.

Pros

Great culture and very supportive. Steadily trying to change the face of tech by regularly injecting diverse populations into the field

Cons

Could use a bit more on the side of support with respect to tracking student success after they graduate. Otherwise fairly solid
