      Store staff and store managers have each others back + very supportive

      Cons

      Solo shifting made staff feel unsafe especially on nights no support or resources with aftermath of traumatic interactions/ indecent exposure Burnout of staff is very high

      My regular customers were great.

      Cons

      Great at saying they are supportive, until you need support. Big talk about being an aly, but when it comes down to it, they are not. If there is any organisation at the head office, they hide it really well. Inconsistent training. Knowledge about updates to processes is not shared with all staff. Pay is below minimum wage. Bullying is rarely addressed, and when it is, nothing changes.
