      Pros

      I have been driving for 19 years and with Climate Express for 7 years. I finally found my home. Everyone is very nice and knows my name not a number. I always get my home time when I want it and for the most part, average 2900-3200 miles per week. I would recommend all my trucking family to work here to.

      Cons

      I wish our trucks would be turned up a bit but are still faster then other companys.

      Been a owner opp 25 years sold business went to work here. I love the company good miles. I average 3000 miles a week you cant look at weekly but if you look at monthly you will average 3k

      Friendly office staff, decent miles, very few multiple pics. Built in truck and trailer scales.

      Cons

      Volvo trucks, bad directions to shippers and receivers.
