Good career start but low pay and tight schedules

Good place to start a career, improve your ladder diagram programming skils, HMI programming, CAD, start-ups.

Cons

not competitive for the salary for engineers. Work on a tight production schedule to deliver boilers systems, they say you are a professionnal and should work overtime for free! Don't expect a big bonus!
