A great company that takes care of its people
Pros
-The leadership in the company truly looks out for their people and have gone above and beyond to help employees with everything from managing military obligations to family matters or illness to new positions for ambitious employees. They take a personal approach and every single person from the President to HR to Recruitment is accessible, honest, and helpful -The flex hours allow employees to stack time in pay periods and roll it over into other pay periods, essentially acting as additional PTO, which is very helpful for military and family obligations that interfere with a regular work schedule -The company leadership has worked with individuals to put them in better positions whenever possible, both for higher salaries, more fulfilling job experience, or location issues -The benefits, accrued time, and retirement are competitive with other contracting companies
Cons
-Like any smaller company, it does not have the same number of contracts and locations available as some of the larger companies, but it is regularly adding opportunities and has grown quite a lot since I started
