      Nasty attitudes from management lead to losing best PM in the department

      - free snacks - free water bottles

      Cons

      - insane working hours (5:45am-5pm or later) - rude and disrespectful management - poor pay - no 401k match for a huge company - recently acquired by a private equity firm with no benefits increase to staff - poor work quality for what claims to be a premier landscaping company

      Most of the people are great. Casual environment

      Cons

      Management doesn't explain what is expected. No input from employees, very top down communication. No communication when things go well, but write-up or reprimand if you make a mistake.
