      Pros

      It could be such a great company if only they would get there act together. Great learning possibilities. Employees on the whole a great group.

      Cons

      Employees are treated as disposable, its a revolving door of hire and fire for no reason other then to not have to pay any benefits and to get lower paid employees in. Pay is seriously substandard for what my type of job, average pay of $32 to $43 per hour I was paid $18 with 30+ years of experience under my belt.

      Pros

      Great sales team, great manufacturing team, great industry and customers.

      Cons

      Junior engineering team. Poor senior management team, no previous experience in manufacturing, no clear vision. Very poor HR department. The employees turnover is huge.

      There are a lot of opportunities without means to tap into.

      Cons

      Simply a lot nepotism and favoritism. You must have to link yourself to the management before your input is regarded. Very poor management style.
