low pay and very glitchy website that affects pay . The website always has problems and the teachers are expected to do painstaking admin to ensure they are paid the right amount.
Absolutely awesome students, as most of them are understanding and participative.

Even when you're sick (which is not even your fault) they'll gaslight you to work while students are even willing to cancel the class if you are not feeling well.
