      Stable parent company but insular, hierarchical culture

      Pros

      Stable parent company that's making tons of money building and running US toll roads.

      Cons

      Very insular culture - they train most of the folks up in Madrid then disperse them across the network. Tough to break in unless you speak Spanish. Very traditional/hierarchical, and they're now facing a lot more competition than before.
