Pros
Great studio and people. Variety of projects that keep the job interesting and fresh. Owner is great. No hierarchy-like attitude/culture, everyone helps each other out. Flexible hours. (ie work 10-7 or 7-4) Willingness to improve workflow, attitudes, management etc. Very polite and modest criticism during critique sessions. Jack of all trades attitude (learned a lot more than I expected and continue too)
Cons
Some projects can be repetitive. However, this is compensated with other more exciting projects. Towards a deadline, overtime can be expected, but this is this industry and is compensated.
