Too much micro-management from the CEO. Unsuspected frequent angry outbursts by the CEO directed at employees in front of peers. I felt that my creative direction was stifled.
Good pay, GREAT medical insurance company pays full premium for all the family low deductible company has always had great health insurance would have never left but moved out of area. worked there for 8 years Co-workers all friendly like a family environment. Owner is an extremely intelligent man.
