Flexible work hours if you are upper management.
Cons
Hypocritical management (work hour expectations are only for the lower level employees), micromanaging some unnecessary and simplistic aspects of your job while providing no management for more complex aspects of your job, and poor organization in general. No pay raises for multiple years for lower level employees while upper management receives bonuses in the form of company shares. Nepotism runs rampant (the COO is the cousin of the company owners, for example).
