Pros
It was rewarding to comfort patients and the family members. I learned a lot about Educating in pain management and managing symptoms for people suffering with terminal disease.
Cons
Little support available for field Nurses. Nurses expected to make Medical decisions as often MD cannot be reached when called from visit while in patients home. Corporation seems unaware of challenges related to providing empathetic care to terminal patients as financial cuts and increased productivity requirements make it impossible to provide good care
