      Pros

      I worked at Chefman for a little over 4 years. Within my time there, I was able to learn so much professionally and personally. There is an unlimited amount of opportunity for growth, and I felt I could always voice my goals and opinions and they were there to help guide me. I always felt seen and heard. I voiced my interest in logistics and was able to move into a role I loved with the best manager who continuously taught me new things every day. Working at Chefman was like being a part of a family, which I felt from day 1.

      Cons

      No cons, just to continue to assist in giving great growth opportunities. I know they will continue this.
