Pros

Smart, creative, fun colleagues Great Pike Place Market location Truly innovative, walking the startup walk vs just using buzzwords Good pay and benefits Flexible hours: schedule your own vacation, wfh when you need to, etc. You work with chefs who make you great food

Cons

Atmosphere can be emotionally charged/unpredictable Hard company to grow with, better for people who are senior level or unusually mature/skilled at negotiating tough environments

Pros

Great benefits. Really interesting and talented team. Unique work structure (flat). Awesome products and problems to work on.

Cons

Poor management. Unfortunately, the product strategy from leadership has been lacking for quite some time.
