2yThanks for your review. It's brilliant to read your comments, We are focusing very hard on the product and technology infrastructure and it's great to see that this is having the desired effect. Regarding your comment on lack of focus in the early days, we are about to launch a revamped induction process so that new joiners get a much more immersive experience going forward, with a greater focus on the early days experience. We also have a plan in place to increase learning and career development opportunities.
