      Poor management. You need to be able to carry the team otherwise you will have nothing to do and left out. Don't expect to learn from the seniors.

      Great work-life balance Interesting industry Potential space for growth

      Cons

      The tech department re-structures about every 6 months. The company itself is pretty much service-based without much actual tech component at now. The core product is relatively dysfunctional so far. It's a place for manager-pleasers, not talents Subtle bully culture with the manager "screaming" at you in emails Your manager will not root for you if there is a difficult situation
