Pros

Great place for rapid development, huge focus on challenging team Managers who care about the team Opportunities for international travel Great colleagues Real opportunities for rapid promotion, unaffected by other people's promotion timelines which generates a positive internal culture Generous holiday and sabbatical policies Generous maternity leave

Cons

Travel can be tough to some project locations Projects can be stressful Sometimes projects come up at short notice, requiring changes to social plans

Pros

Fast development, tons of feedback (also a con), put in stretch role early

Cons

Too much feedback that becomes unhelpful, extremely young company with young employees and young leaders, lack of vision from the top, AP+ work independently focusing on their own salary and not the growth of the firm

Unsustainable culture

Pros

- Extensive travel from Monday to Thursday for those who enjoy being on the road - Exposure to different clients and industries early in your career - Project work can be interesting and rewarding when conditions are manageable

Cons

- Extremely high stress environment with a culture driven by pressure and fear of underperforming - Employees can feel expendable in the first year or two, creating constant anxiety around job security, and short tenures may negatively impact future career opportunities - Compensation can depend heavily on project allocation and staffing consistency - Senior management culture can feel punitive rather than supportive and small mistakes could feel disproportionately scrutinised - Weekends often become recovery periods rather than personal time due to long hours and high stress - Despite the challenging job market, I would not recommend joining this company
