Pros
Not a lot of pros except routers were pretty decent and had some nice equipment.
Cons
Too many to list main issues are with leadership and putting people in a position to fail. Refusing to use new and better manufacturing and machining techniques horrible programs in mazatrol nothing standardized. Did I mention 12 hr shifts rotating days off and schedule consistently changing for no apparent reason. Owner is a documented racist and woman abuser who will not listen to his employees.

Usually alot of Work hours Good pay New equipment
Cons
They rarely buy new special tools needed for each job so setups become tediois and times wasting looking for endmils etc.
