      I would not recommend CenterCal for anyone seeking long term employment, as the company has an industry-wide reputation as having a high rate of turn over, with little to no regard or investment in their employees. Their appreciation for your contributions to the company exist only insofar as they have use for you. Do some digging online and seek out the input of past employees - the true story is out there and available for anyone who wants to find it.

      Pros

      Good benefits, competitive pay, nice portfolio of properties and new development projects.

      Cons

      It's a true family affair, and upper management is very narrow minded with fragile egos. If you perform at a high level and challenge the status quo or out perform their "favorites", you are quickly black balled. My supervisor also sold and used my ideas as their own, without properly giving me credit for my contributions.

      Pros

      A lot to learn and explore in terms of site & space planning, and interaction with consultants and city members. CEO is always open and available.

      Cons

      No room to growth, and ideas often never reach to the president.
