Pros
1. Work life balance. To be successful you still have to put in the time but here there isn't anyone saying "don't leave the office until 5 p.m". and "make sure you're here at 8 a.m". Sometimes I'm assembling my contracts and copy at 8 p.m. and hitting the links at 11 a.m the next day. 2. High income. if you put in an honest 40 hours of work and work the way they train you to you will make lots and lots of money. 3. Great product. The product is amazing to represent and when explained the way they teach you to explain it people buy. Lots of renewals when sold and managed properly.
Cons
Some growing pains for sure; the company has grown 200% in a few years but the administration end is slowly catching up. They have to have better systems for receivables, aging and payroll. Maintenance needs to be better managed and more frequent.
