Insurance is pretty good. PTO is nice.
Cons
Upper management is a joke. There is no integrity with this company, absolutely none. I would not trust anyone in upper management. They hire a lot of first tier employees, because they don't want to pay for experience, but then expect results. The CEO has zero experience, and it shows every time he speaks. He has absolutely no idea what he is doing. The direction of the company seems to keep changing, so you really don't know what the mission of the company is, other than make money for the owner. The place is depressing. Barely any clients, other than the other businesses the owner owns. This is not a place you come if you want to grow your career. Come here if you need to pay your rent.
