Great people to work with day to day

Incompetent management, relies on Australian agency and outsiders who don't know what they're doing to make business decisions. Company regularly loses money and is forced to lay people off. Management also lies to employees regularly.

Amazing teammates, management and company culture. Highly communicative and no micromanaging. Growth opportunities are always discussed. Generous holidays and time off request understanding.

Cons

Shift basis for my department, so weekends are not always off. You'll work either Saturday or Sunday every week.
