      Pros

      Carma is a company that actually walks the walk. From my first week here, I felt so welcomed and supported as an employee. The people are genuine and fun to work with and I truly feel like the company cares about its employees. Good benefits and perks, flexible schedule, and great leaders. It's definitely the best place I've worked!

      Cons

      Smaller teams make for heavier workloads, though management is very understanding of competing priorities and encourages a good work/life balance.
