      Pros

      -You get educated and stay up to date on current laws in property management -They have good training -They take care of their properties -There is always room for career growth if there are open positions to move up

      Cons

      -They micromanage -They care more about their properties than their employees -If you live on-site you will be tied down to the property they expect you to live and breathe for the property

      There weren’t really any pro’s.

      Cons

      Corporate office not very proactive with issues onsite staff deals with. Lack of empathy and 0 desire for digital integration. Everything was old-school and on paper which meant everything took so much longer.
