      Great culture and atmosphere. Senior staff was very approachable

      Pros

      They need better management to make staff are communicating. The schedule is often wrong or changed at last minute and there’s no accountability. Ifa coworker doesn’t like a person they will spread rumors about them . Reminds me of high-school days. Everyone talks about the RN Behind her back, I’m not sure why she’s very good at what she does. Too much Drama for me.

      Insurance is okay. Offers Pension plan.

      Cons

      Company does not care about the concerns of their employees. They brush off employers concerns. Management on all levels are unprofessional, no leadership skills at all. Suppose to be Christ centered, but is not. Don't practice their Mission Statement. I do not recommend working here, if you have values. Don't pay well.
