Pros

The benefits, including vacation time, are very reasonable. As a salesperson, I had over two weeks of available paid time off. Blue Cross is their insurance carrier, and they allow patients to use doctors outside their listed providers for a 40% co-pay, as opposed to a 20% one. The staff are very friendly and personable. Some eagerly help, but all of them are very talented.

Cons

HudsonYards, as much as I liked the company, is not a good place to start a career at this time because of the redevelopment of the pre-media industry mixed with prospects' convenience/price needs today. Their current provisions are not eliciting enough interest compared to the conveniences prospects find in print house services/prices. While they are Victoria's Secret's main pre-media partner, they are losing some of their clients, and there has been a series of continuing layoffs. If you get hired there at this time, you might not be there for too long.
