Capacity truly has an amazing culture where everyone is working hard towards a single unified goal. The leadership does a great job of leading by example and ensuring that we maintain a strong, positive culture at the company.

It all starts with working with good people. You really feel that everyone that you work with really cares about the product and they like working with each other on a common goal.

Cons

The startup life is not for everybody. Priorities do change very quickly. Over the last several years they’ve been quite a few acquisitions which could complicate efforts in building a unified product strategy, and it could be stressful for some who have a hard time adapting to changing conditions.
