They say no training required, give you essentially no training, and then berate you about how you do not understand how to take pictures. A lot of the people are nice if they give you the time of day, but most understand that new people don’t last long and will mostly ignore you. Will make you work 10-15 hours sometimes with a break but it’s known to bring food on shift since there is no time.

You will receive more verbal abuse than boot camp. Owner will treat you like less of a person and refuse sick leave. No time off ever unless it is convenient to owner. Will bait you in with money and expenses but force you work double the hours. Owner will tax you on paycheck and expenses paid for gasoline, hotels, etc. Will make you work overtime but not pay for overtime. 60+ hour work week
