I have been working at Canadian Natural full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Perks are great. Bonus every year, good benefits, fantastic savings plan. Most people complain about salary, but I find that it is reasonable and they have not had massive layoffs. My position is comfortable, boss is fantastic, good work/home time. Good company all around

    Cons

Company feels old. By this I mean everything is done old school. Technology is old, management is old, decisions are based on old people following what they did when they were young. Time to bring some new ideas to the company.
