Not a safe environment, even though a lot of emphasis is put on it. There are a lot of accidents, and management says they put this first - but they quickly will use it against people. Management and union workers do not have a good relationship, it is hostile and retaliatory lacking good-faith.

The safety rules at this company are only there to be used against you. Do not let them fool you. If you slip they will say you weren't walking correctly. If you get hit by a car they will tell you to not wear car-attracting clothing next time. If you die they will tell your family that you broke every rule they have. They are slowly trying to bust unions here and repeatedly violate federal laws.
