Pros

It’s a paycheck and coworkers are nice.

Cons

Scheduling is aweful. They don’t tolerate call offs or personal emergencies or work life balance. There was a girl who came in sick throwing up between calls and could not go home. Most of management has an insane power trip including the remote managers. You only get breaks (10-15) min if not busy.

Pros

Only an 8 hour shift

Cons

No breaks, expected to work through breaks even if your sick. Have to take suicidal crazy calls from Aspire Indiana crisis line. The calls are 8 hours of mental abuse from problem call after problem call. You have to clock out for your two 10min breaks and 15 min lunch, if it's not busy, if it's busy which most of the time it is, you won't get offered a break. You have to get told when you can go, which if you're not friends with your supervisor you could be last on the list to even get to go eat. If, you have to go to the bathroom and it takes longer than 5 min. You're told to clock out. Calling in really makes mgt. Mad and they expect you to start Calling your coworker so, they can work longer days, or trade so, you can stay home sick. It's an extremely negative enviroment. You have to come in 10 mins. Before your shift everyday, to be pounded in the head with what not to do. There are some Atsi award, they are trying to win, so they listen to every call you make and pick apart every little thing, you do wrong, like saying ok. You're expected to say my pressure at the end of every call, even if it's not appropriate to the topic like taking a death call for funeral homes. It's very poorly manager, and it's sad, because if ran better it might be a decent place to work. They can't keep people working there, because no one likes being treated so bad. Don't get me started about parking and wanting to move your car closer, before it get dark for safety reasons. All they care about is how many messages you take, because message =money, and they don't care what they put you through yo get it. If it's busy, you lose your voice taking calls, because you won't get a break, unless you just take it and then do that to much, and you'll get wrote up.
