      Pros

      Good people, low stress. Good discount on wines at the company and throughout Napa. Fun and hard working people in the VC. Delicious wines!

      Cons

      Too many changes; too focused on wine sales and clubs above all else. Poor communication on changes. Supervisor does a poor job of communicating changes.

      Very friendly place to work and they trained you well.

      Cons

      Busy during peak time, but it's manageable.

      Nice wines, great location, decent hours

      Cons

      Low pay. Management a little hands-off in training on selling wine. Not much room for upward growth. Owners out of touch with tasting room employees
