      Supportive team and flexibility, but layoffs concern me

      This is a great place to work if you value flexibility. My manager is supportive, and my team members are friendly, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      The company has experienced recent layoffs, and there have been no pay increases.

Regarding compensation, we understand your perspective. While the company made the difficult decision to pause salary increases in 2025, we resumed employee salary increases in 2026.       Knowledgeable leaders can't compensate for abusive management

      Pros

      Leaders in other departments were knowledgeable and nice to work with.

      Cons

      No room for growth, management was abusive and bullied myself and peers they did not like. Compensation did not justify leadership's treatment. This was the worst corporate experience I have experienced to date.

      Fast-paced environment with limited mentorship support

      Pros

      It's a usual CRO company - pace is fast with small biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Be on your toes.

      Cons

      Be well organized. Staff is busy and doesn't always have time for mentorship or to help out. Sometimes it felt like a "sink or swim" environment.
